CLW Brand Valued at RMB 1.238 Billion in a National First for Special Vehicles
A national first for the special-vehicle and emergency-equipment industry: the CLW trademark has been certified at RMB 1.238 billion in brand value at Hubei’s top annual branding gala.
The 2026 Hubei Brand Building Conference opened in Wuhan on January 23, hosted by the provincial development and reform commission.
Against roughly 300 evaluated companies, CLW Group emerged as the first special-vehicle and emergency-equipment manufacturer ever to receive the official Hubei provincial brand-value certificate — an audit-based ranking of brand strength, innovation output and market influence under the national evaluation standard.
A session at the gala: brand-evaluation methodology was presented by the advisory chair of the ISO brand-evaluation technical committee.
The ceremony drew provincial leadership, including Hubei’s vice governor, who congratulated the province’s brands as their combined value passed RMB 3 trillion. For CLW, the certificate stamps a strategy built since 2004: from a 2,200-square-metre workshop to a 13,000-employee group with six Hubei bases plus service centers and KD plants across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
Provincial leadership addressed the gala as Hubei’s brand portfolio was announced.
The numbers behind the valuation: 100-plus national patents; ISO9001, EU ADR and US ASME certifications; a 4,000-SKU catalog spanning sanitation, emergency and new-energy vehicles; sanitation-truck sales ranked first in China for consecutive years; exports to 112 countries. Even the space program rides on CLW bodies — the medical-monitoring vehicles that supported Shenzhou crew recoveries from mission 12 through 20.
The certificate itself: CLW recognised with a brand value of RMB 1.238 billion.
