The Numbers Behind the Comeback
According to Hubei Daily’s report from the factory floor, 2024 closed at roughly 50,000 special vehicles sold and CNY 7.5 billion in revenue, with the sanitation segment alone — two dedicated group subsidiaries — delivering CNY 3 billion. The emergency-equipment line reached CNY 1.5 billion in annual output with a projected 50% growth rate for 2025, and CLW’s newly developed oilfield special vehicles filled a product gap for Hubei province. Early deliveries after the holiday included a police-dog transport fleet and a shipment of explosives-carriage trucks valued above CNY 10 million.
A CNY 300 Million Bet on Automation
CLW plans to invest around CNY 300 million in 2025 to upgrade seven special-vehicle production lines with robotic welding and automated processes, alongside a new-energy roadmap covering three logistics-vehicle chassis and intelligent-driving R&D. For export customers the practical effect is throughput: order books clear faster, and build quality stops depending on which shift welded your body.
