Aerial Work Platform & Live-Line Maintenance Trucks
CLW Chengli Special Automobile · Suizhou, China
CLW aerial trucks lift crews 12 to 45 m on straight, articulated or telescopic booms with insulated bucket and dielectric testing for live-line grid maintenance, plus non-insulated platforms for tree, signage and building work. Outriggers with interlocks, dual controls and boom-lower-on-stall safety are standard.
What We Build
Working heights 12-45 m, bucket capacity 200-400 kg with two work positions
Insulated (10 kV up to 220 kV tested) options for power distribution crews
Telescopic or articulated-plus-telescopic booms for over-reach around obstructions
Emergency rescue (high-reach extendable) variants and overhead-line maintenance geometry
Questions from Buyers
Do you provide dielectric certificates for insulated buckets?
Yes. Insulated booms ship with factory high-voltage test reports per GB/T 9465, accepted by utility procurement specs.
What outrigger space does a 25 m platform need?
Typically 5.5 x 6.0 m pad footprint fully deployed; CLW supplies outrigger force diagrams for your ground-bearing calculations.
