Buses, coaches and motorhomes from 7 to 12 m, including city, school, tourist, staff and patient transport models, plus B/C-class campers. Compare seating, powertrain, interior layout and export documentation.
A city bus is designed for frequent stops and standing passengers, a coach is an intercity vehicle with reclining seats and luggage bays, and a motorhome is a living vehicle with kitchen, bath and sleeping areas. CLW builds all three on the same body-engineering platform.
Price depends on body length, seating capacity, powertrain, interior finish and equipment. A 7-8 m city or school bus is the entry tier; a 12 m coach or fully equipped motorhome is higher. Send the route, passenger count or travel brief for a quote.
MOQ is one unit. Standard buses and coaches ship in 30-45 working days after deposit; custom motorhomes and patient transport buses take 35-60 working days because of interior fit-out.
Yes. CLW supplies left-hand and right-hand drive buses, with dashboard, door layout and mirror package matched to your market. Tell us the destination country and registration rules before design.
Yes. Battery-electric city buses and shuttles are available with range and charging configuration matched to the route. We confirm battery capacity, charger type and depot power before quotation.
MIIT and ISO certification, certificate of origin and inspection report. The vehicle carries a two-year warranty with spare-parts supply and driver or technician training material.
That depends on your authority's vehicle classes. Some countries register a motorhome as a special-purpose vehicle with its own inspection, others as a passenger car within a seat limit. Send the seat count, gross weight and the class you intend to use, and CLW prepares the specification sheet and body documents your registration office asks for.
Size from days off-grid and people on board: a 100-150 L fresh water tank suits a couple for two or three days with care, while 250-300 L suits a family with a shower. For power, plan the daily load in watt-hours first, then set solar panel area, battery capacity and the inverter to that figure rather than buying the largest kit.
Yes on the IVECO and Mercedes-Benz chassis we convert, subject to the market's homologation route. Right-hand-drive buses and motorhomes need the steering, dashboard, door and mirror layout changed at the chassis stage, so tell us the drive side before the body drawing is released rather than after the shell is built.
This range covers passenger transport and living vehicles on the same chassis families. CLW builds minibuses from 13 to 17 seats, city shuttle and intercity coaches, and motorhomes from pop-top campers to C-class and expedition models on IVECO Daily and Mercedes-Benz Atego chassis, including 4x4 versions for rough terrain.
Passenger vehicles are bought for seat count and route; motorhomes are bought for the living layout. Both start from the same question: what payload does the chassis leave after the body, water, fuel and people are loaded.
For buses, the specification order is route, seats, then chassis:
For a motorhome, the same logic applies to the living systems: payload budget for water, batteries and tanks, then the layout. A conversion that fills the payload with furniture and water has no margin for passengers or luggage, and it will run overweight on the first long trip.
Factory-direct FOB bands for standard specifications; a budget framework, not a quotation.
Motorhome prices are driven by the living systems rather than the chassis: water and waste tanks, battery and solar capacity, heating, gas installation, insulation and joinery. Ask for those line items separately, because two quotations at the same total can differ by a whole electrical system.
CLW builds passenger and living bodies on MIIT-approved chassis in an ISO-certified factory. Export files include certificate of origin, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and inspection report on request, plus the seat and weight specification sheet your registration office needs.
Lead time is typically 30-45 working days for minibuses and 45-65 working days for coaches and motorhomes after layout approval and deposit. Minibuses ship by RoRo or in a container where dimensions allow; motorhomes normally move by RoRo. CLW supplies the body drawing, the water, gas and electrical schematics and a commissioning checklist, and supports the first service with parts and video guidance.
A motorhome has two maintenance routines, and both need a schedule. The chassis is serviced like any truck: brakes, tyres, filters and the cooling system. The living systems need their own checks: fresh and waste water tanks, pump and seals, gas lines and regulator with a leak test, heater and air conditioning, battery state and solar charging, and the seals around roof hatches and windows.
Before each trip, test the water pump, the gas leak detector and the battery cut-off, and check the payload with tanks full. After the season, drain the water system, clean the tanks and store the vehicle with the batteries charged. For buses, check doors, steps, seat fixings, emergency exits and the air conditioning drain at every service. CLW supplies the schematics and a spare-parts list with each vehicle.
