CLW Chengli Special Automobile · Suizhou, China
CLW's emergency series covers mobile power supply trucks (50-500 kW), drainage pump trucks, command and communication vehicles, disaster-relief shower and toilet units, cooking and catering trucks and laundry trucks. These response fleets keep towns running during floods, blackouts and large public events.
Yes - hooklift or multi-lift frames let one tractor carry power, drainage or shelter modules, changing mission in minutes.
The pump truck tows or drives to site, drops hoses from reels and reaches full rated flow within 15 minutes of arrival with a two-person crew.
Price depends on the module type, power output or pump flow, command equipment, body build and chassis. A drainage pump or shower-toilet module is the entry tier; a 200-500 kW power truck or fully equipped command vehicle is highest. Send the mission profile for a quote.
MOQ is one unit. Standard drainage and power trucks ship in 25-45 working days after deposit; command, communication and multi-module builds take 45-60 working days.
Canopy-quieted gensets from 50 to 500 kW with distribution panel, cable reels and optional transformer. Tell us the load list and required runtime and we size the generator, fuel tank and cable set.
MIIT and ISO certification, certificate of origin and inspection report. The genset or pump carries its manufacturer warranty; the body and chassis carry a two-year CLW warranty with spare-parts supply.
Add the running load, the largest motor starting current and the required runtime, then allow margin for future equipment. CLW sizes gensets from 50 to 500 kW with the fuel tank, distribution panel and cable set matched to that load list, so send the equipment schedule rather than a single kW figure.
Yes, with a hooklift or multi-lift frame. Power, drainage, welfare and command modules can share one tractor, which lowers fleet cost where missions alternate. The frame rating, hydraulic system and module locking must be specified together with the heaviest module.
Deployment time depends mainly on the cable run and the load connection. Pre-wired distribution panels, cable reels and quick-connect outlets reduce setup work; tell us the site layout and the equipment to be connected so the panel and cable lengths match the mission.
CLW's emergency series is a set of modules on a common chassis line: mobile power supply trucks from 50 to 500 kW, drainage pump trucks, command and communication vehicles, disaster-relief shower and toilet units, catering trucks and laundry units. Hooklift and multi-lift frames let one tractor swap modules as the mission changes.
The module, not the truck, is the capability. Specify the load, flow or shelter capacity first, then choose the chassis and the swap frame.
Emergency procurement is driven by the mission profile:
Send the load list or flood duty and CLW sizes the genset, pump, fuel tank and cable or hose set as one package.
Factory-direct FOB bands; a budget framework, not a quotation.
Compare generator brand and insulation class, pump flow and head, panel and cable package, body insulation and the swap frame rating. A low power-truck price often means a smaller alternator or a panel without the outlet set the mission needs.
CLW builds emergency modules on MIIT-approved chassis in an ISO-certified factory. Gensets and pumps carry their manufacturer warranty and test records; the body and chassis carry the CLW two-year warranty. Export documents include certificate of origin, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and inspection report on request.
Lead time is typically 25-45 working days for standard drainage and power trucks after deposit, and 45-60 working days for command, communication and multi-module builds. Units ship in containers, on flat racks or by RoRo depending on size. CLW supplies loading plans, commissioning checklists and operator training material before dispatch.
Emergency equipment must start on the first attempt. Run the genset or pump under load at the factory and again before each deployment season; check fuel, oil, coolant, battery and the emergency stop. Keep cable reels, hose sets and quick couplings inspected and dry, and test the distribution panel and earth connection before energising a site.
For welfare modules, check water tanks, heaters, pumps and waste connections, and clean and drain them after every deployment. Store modules under cover and exercise them monthly. CLW supplies service kits, filters, hoses and the wiring or plumbing drawings with each unit.
