Silent, tailpipe-free street cleaning comes from this DONGFENG 4X2 battery-electric sweeper (street sweeper), a 160 kW drivetrain on a 5300 mm wheelbase with 18000 kg gross, 5120 kg rated load and 295/80R22.5 18PR tires. The CATL pack stores 282 kWh at 618.24 V, charges in 2.5 hours on a recommended 120 kW pile and carries 310 km at full load, while a permanent magnet synchronous motor drives the chassis and battery power spins the fan and pumps independently of the road system. Up top, 8 cubic meters of water and 7 cubic meters of dust sit in stainless tanks and bin; dual side brooms plus central suction sweep 2.4 to 3.5 m full width, with a Sanyo motor, GTM high-pressure pump and maintenance-free centrifugal fan behind stainless pipelines. Kerb-flush side jets clean the gutter line, a 15 m high-pressure reel extends reach, and anti-overflow plus low-water alarms guard the tanks. A cab panel runs one-key sweep programs, an indoor monitor tracks reversing and sweeping status, and a tail LED arrow light warns traffic. Hospital zones, night rounds and city streets gain a zero-emission option that no diesel sweeper can match.
