Electric drive rewrites the street sweeping formula for this Dongfeng 4X2 vacuum sweeper, whose 160 kW motor and single-speed reducer move dust control duty without an auxiliary engine. Pure electric drivetrain and electric fan mean zero tailpipe output, compliant with night-operation rules on selectable announcement bases. Dual side brooms plus suction sweep a 2.4 to 3.5 m path, feeding a dual-stage vacuum pump and a sealed dry debris hopper with quick-change liner. HEPA cartridge filtration with shake-off keeps exhaust below PM limits, and dry sweeping works below freezing since no water system can ice the road. A hydraulic tip hopper with dust cover handles discharge; the cab one-key auto program or ground panel drives operation.
