▶ Thirty cubic metres is about two and a half times the load of a small apron bowser. On a regional airport without a hydrant network, that difference is measured in trips: one full Tianlong can serve a day of narrow-body departures before it returns to the depot, and at roughly 1,000 litres per minute a 30,000-litre load transfers in around half an hour rather than an hour. For charter operators, cargo carriers and mixed fleets working from a single fuel farm, the larger tank and the higher flow rate both shorten the ground stop.
The dispensing sequence is grouped in one lockable bay. The stainless panel carries hydraulic, venturi, vacuum, filter-outlet and differential-pressure gauges, a large-character flow display, illuminated switches, a deadman control and an emergency stop, with red and green beacons on the roof so the ramp crew can read the truck's state at a distance. Below the panel, four capped bottom-loading couplers feed a common header, so the tank refills from a depot standpipe without opening the top hatches. The coalescing filter/water separator sits in the front of the bay with the self-priming pump, which keeps the filter element and the sampling point within arm's reach during a pre-flight check.

The 8x4 chassis is what makes 30,000 litres practical: the load is spread over two steering axles and a rear tandem, within the axle limits that apply on airport service roads. The Tianlong cab carries a 375 badge and a Cummins diesel, with the equipment bay directly behind it and blue steps up to the walkway. Tank volume, alloy, hose length and nozzle are fixed on the build sheet, and the delivered volume is stated on the tank certificate. Send the aircraft types, the required flow rate and the loading point, and the specification is confirmed before production.

How much fuel does it carry?
30,000 litres nominal in a single compartment. The usable volume is stated on the tank certificate supplied with the truck; confirm it against your build sheet before ordering.
How long does a full load take to deliver?
At roughly 1,000 litres per minute a full 30,000-litre load transfers in about half an hour. Actual time depends on hose diameter, nozzle, aircraft tank pressure and the number of tanks being filled.
What does the control panel monitor?
Hydraulic, venturi, vacuum, filter-outlet and differential pressure, plus engine or pump speed and the deadman sequence, with a large-character flow display, emergency stop and illuminated switches.
Send your aircraft type, required flow rate and destination port for a specification and FOB quotation within 24 hours.
✔ Aviation control panel
Pump, filter and meter are monitored from one stainless panel with vacuum, outlet and differential-pressure gauges, deadman control and emergency stop.
✔ Grade-specific commissioning
Tank, seals and filter element are specified for the fuel grade you declare: JET A-1, JET A or AVGAS 100LL.
✔ Five-language documentation
Specification, operation notes and export documents are issued in English, Spanish, French, Arabic or Russian.
✔ 24-hour quotation
