Light construction economics frame this FAW 4x2, which pairs an 8 tonne-meter straight-leg knuckle crane with full cargo capability. The 160 hp diesel of 4200 ml meets, shifts through a six-speed manual on a 3360 mm wheelbase within 12495 kg gross mass, and rolls on six 8.25R16 tyres at 105 km/h. Hydraulic outriggers span 5 m; H-type plus vertical legs with bi-directional locks stabilize the lift, while rotation slews continuous 360 degrees. An 8-ton rated cargo box rides behind the crane for same-truck haulage, worked to radii of 5.0 to 12.0 m on the multi-section boom. Integrated winch and telescopic hook with sub-hook option handle rigging; a two-stage gear pump with relief and counterbalance valves plus oil cooler is PTO driven from the gearbox, lifting at engine idle. A load moment limiter, anti two-block guard, boom-length indicator and audible alarm police every cycle, and a wireless remote is optional. Landscaping, pole setting and small structural deliveries define the mission.
