FOTON 8cbm Sweep-Suction Truck for Trunk Roads

Trunk-road sweeping falls to a FOTON 4X2 diesel chassis of 180 HP and 3,767 ml with a FAST eight-speed transmission and a 3,800 mm wheelbase. Dual side brooms plus a central suction head sweep a 2.4 to 3.5 m full width, set here at 3.2 m, while an 18 kW vacuum fan pulls debris into an 8 m3 tank split as 5 m3 of water and 3 m3 of garbage with a stainless wear lining. Spray-suppression nozzles and kerb-flush jets wet the gutter line so dust stays down, and wet sweeping with filtration keeps the exhaust clean at the kerb. An engine PTO drives the main fan with an auxiliary diesel for full sweep duty; the cab panel runs a one-key sweep program with a ground maintenance panel as backup. A hydraulic hopper lift tips out at the depot, and options include a self-cleaning filter, mist cannon mount, high-pressure washer and GPS route logging. City streets, parks, ports and industrial estates get their kerbside clean from this machine.
