An SQ3.2SK2Q straight-leg crane defines this Sinotruk HOWO 4x2 utility truck, whose 140 hp diesel runs through a WLY6T51 six-forward manual gearbox on a 4500 mm wheelbase inside an 8500 mm overall length. The boom carries a 3.2-ton maximum hook load within a 6.8 tonne-meter envelope, its chart stepping from 3200 kg at 2.1 m through 900 kg at 5.46 m to 500 kg at 7.56 m across working radii of 5.0 to 12.0 m.

Hydraulic rotation slews continuous 360 degrees while H-type plus vertical outriggers with bi-directional locks plant the vehicle. A gearbox PTO drives a two-stage gear pump at about 25 L/min, needing only 14 kW recommended input, so the crane cycles at engine idle. Integrated winch and telescopic hook, load moment limiter, anti two-block protection and a boom-length audible alarm round out the control set; 8.25R20 steel radials roll on six wheels plus spare. A steel cargo bed behind the crane hauls what the hook just lifted. Urban installation crews and small trade contractors form the natural user group.
