Dongfeng 6cbm Smart Asphalt Distributor for City Resealing

Resealing city streets at quality-assured grade, this DONGFENG 4X2 asphalt distributor hauls 4 m3 of binder in a carbon steel tank insulated with 50 mm rock wool under stainless cladding and warmed by a serpentine heating circuit. A diesel-fired thermal oil boiler, standard on the truck, holds bitumen between 120 and 180 C without scorching, and a stirrer with recirculation keeps temperature even with no segregation. The gear or hydraulic pump meters steplessly from 0 to 5 L per square meter into rear dual spray bars adjustable across 2.5 to 6 m, with automatic nozzle shut-off per header against drips. PLC smart control links spray rate to driving speed and logs real-time width and dosage for QA review. Filling works from the top through a strainer manhole or from the side, pumping in from drum or plant line, and an onboard diesel compressor supplies nozzle purge and atomizing air. Infrared heating, GPS dosing maps, a second header and a front sprayer are options for tack coats, crack sealing and municipal road upkeep.
