Dongfeng 8.3cbm Fuel Tanker for Gas-Station Runs

Gas-station distribution in the mid-duty band arrives as a Dongfeng 4X2 tanker (fuel bowser) with an 8,300 L elliptical spun-head tank, splittable into two to four compartments. The shell is 5 mm Wuhan-steel Q235 carbon steel, with 5083 aluminium or 304 stainless selectable, joined by CNC automatic submerged-arc welding, leak tested before delivery and partitioned with wave-break baffles in every compartment. A gearbox PTO drives a self-priming gear or vane pump that can pump in, pump out or discharge by gravity, while a three-way four-position ball valve, double-way valves, inline strainer and brass fittings route product; the top fills through a breather pressure-vacuum valve with optional anti-overflow probe, and bottom loading options include an API-compatible valve with emergency cut-off. A computer tax-controlled dispenser with dual nozzles near 50 L/min and preset totalisers can be fitted, along with automatic-retract hose reels of 15 to 20 m carrying drip-proof nozzles. Fire extinguishers, exhaust flame arrester, earth strip with reel, warning boards, rear ladder and anti-slip top mesh with folding protection rails finish the specification under GB placarding. Filling-station resupply and small depot shuttle circuits are its natural beat.
