Dongfeng Duolika 8cbm Fuel Tank Truck for Blue-Plate Fuel Runs

Balancing payload and maneuverability for fuel runs, this Dongfeng 4x2 tanker (fuel bowser) rides a 3800 mm wheelbase with a 150 HP 3767 ml diesel and FAST 8-speed manual transmission under calibration. The 8,000 L tank is spun from 5 mm Wuhan-steel Q235 carbon steel in an elliptical or round-square form, with optional 5083 aluminium or 304 stainless and a two to four compartment split. CNC submerged-arc welding, leak testing on every tank, and wave-break baffles in each compartment define the build. A gearbox PTO drives a self-priming gear or vane pump for pump-in, pump-out, or gravity discharge, feeding a piping network of three-way four-position ball valves, double-way valves, an inline strainer, and brass fittings. Top filling uses a breather and pressure-vacuum valve with an optional anti-overflow probe; API-compatible bottom loading with emergency cut-off is available. Automatic-retract hose reels of 15-20 m with drip-proof nozzles serve delivery, and a tax-controlled dual-nozzle dispenser near 50 L/min can be fitted. Fire extinguishers, an exhaust flame arrester, earth strip, warning boards, rear ladder, and anti-slip top mesh complete the safety package for fuel, water, and bulk liquid logistics.
