FAW 6x4 20cbm Fuel Tank Truck for High-Throughput Depots

High-throughput depots feed through this FAW 6X4 fuel tanker (fuel bowser), whose 20000 L elliptical spun-head tank splits optionally into two to four compartments. Wuhan-steel Q235 at 5 mm forms the standard shell, with 5083 aluminium or 304 stainless selectable; CNC automatic submerged-arc welding, wave-break baffles per compartment and full leak testing carry the fabrication case. A gearbox PTO turns an imported OWEN high-flow gear pump near 4000 L/min, enabling pump-in, pump-out or gravity discharge through three-way four-position ball valves, double-way valves, an inline strainer and brass fittings. Bottom loading gains emergency cut-off sub-sea valves and API-compatible options; top filling carries a breather vacuum valve and anti-overflow probe. Automatic-retract reels of 15 to 20 m with drip-proof nozzles serve retail delivery, an optional computer tax-controlled dispenser runs dual nozzles near 50 L/min with preset totalisers, and extinguishers, an exhaust flame arrester, earth strip reel and GB placards complete a 280 HP 9-speed package.
