HOWO 4X2 8CBM Fuel Transport Tanker for Long-Haul Lines

Elliptical in cross-section and sized at 25 m3, the tank of this SINOTRUK HOWO fuel tanker (fuel bowser) rides a 4X2 diesel chassis with a 310 HP, 6870 ml engine. The shell is spun from 5 mm Wuhan Q235 carbon steel, with 5083 aluminium or 304 stainless optional, welded by CNC submerged-arc process and leak-tested before assembly. Internal wave-break baffles divide the body into three or four compartments so gasoline, diesel and kerosene travel separately without surging. A gearbox PTO drives a self-priming gear or vane pump for pump-in, pump-out or gravity discharge, while the piping network groups three-way four-position ball valves, double-way valves, an inline strainer and brass fittings. Top filling passes a pressure-vacuum breather valve with anti-overflow probe option; bottom loading can take an emergency cut-off valve with API-compatible option. Automatic-retract hose reels of 15-20 m carry drip-proof nozzles, and the safety kit adds extinguishers, an exhaust flame arrester, earth strip and warning boards. Flammable placards and reflective bands complete the build for long-haul fuel distribution between depots and filling stations.
