ISUZU 10,000 L Fuel Tanker with Dispenser for Refueling

Refueling away from fixed stations is the task of this ISUZU 4x2 tanker (refueler), carrying 10,000 L of elliptical or round-square spun-head tankage in 5 mm Wuhan-steel Q235 carbon steel, with 5083 aluminium or 304 stainless optional and a two to four compartment split on request. A tax-control computer dispenser is fitted standard here, delivering through dual nozzles near 50 L/min with preset totalisers, and automatic-retract reels of 15-20 m with drip-proof nozzles handle hose work. A gearbox PTO turns a self-priming gear or vane pump for pump-in, pump-out, or gravity discharge through three-way four-position ball valves, double-way valves, inline strainer, and brass fittings. Top filling uses a breather pressure-vacuum valve with optional anti-overflow probe; an emergency cut-off or API-compatible bottom valve is available. CNC submerged-arc welding, leak testing, and per-compartment wave-break baffles mark the build. Fire extinguishers, exhaust flame arrester, earth strip and reel, warning boards, rear ladder, anti-slip mesh, and folding rails complete the 10 cbm outfit for mobile fuel, water, and bulk liquid logistics.
