Small-footprint seal programs want heat quickly without hauling a full tank, and this ISUZU 4x2 distributor keeps the volume modest at 3 m3. Insulation follows the family standard of carbon steel, 50 mm rock-wool, stainless cladding and a serpentine heating circuit, but here the thermal oil boiler is fired by a Riello diesel burner with low-NOx combustion and automatic ignition, holding bitumen between 120 C and 180 C without scorching. A gear or hydraulic pump delivers 0-5 L/m2 steplessly with speed-linked control and metering; the rear dual spray bars are set to a 3 m pattern inside the 2.5-6 m adjustable envelope, with per-header nozzle shut-off preventing drips at pass ends. Recirculation stirring keeps temperature uniform between tack and prime coats. Filling uses a top strainer manhole or a side line from drum or plant, and an onboard diesel compressor services purge air. GPS dosing maps, infrared kits or a second header can be added for municipal upkeep.
