JAC 4cbm Mini Asphalt Distributor for Patch Works

Patch contractors and depot crews rarely need a project-scale tank, and this JAC 4x2 mini distributor sizes the load to the job at 4 m3. The build keeps the serious hardware: carbon steel lagged with 50 mm rock-wool under stainless cladding, a serpentine circuit and a diesel-fired thermal oil boiler that holds bitumen at 120-180 C through the shift without scorching. Delivery runs on a gear or hydraulic pump with stepless 0-5 L/m2 control linked to vehicle speed and read on a flow meter, feeding rear dual spray bars adjustable across 2.5-6 m with automatic nozzle shut-off per header. Stirring and recirculation prevent temperature segregation between stops; a strainer manhole covers top fill while a side line pumps in from drums or plant, and the onboard diesel compressor handles purge and atomizing air. Infrared heating, GPS dosing maps, a second header or a front sprayer are options. Small tack coats and kerb repairs fit its compact envelope.
