Hot-pressed one-piece panels put FRP inner and outer skins around 80 to 100 mm of XPS or PUR foam with no thermal bridge, and the imported refrigeration unit with standby mode sustains -25 to +8 C. Air travels a ceiling T-guide channel over a forklift-rated aluminum T-bar floor with drainage; rear double doors open 270 degrees with stainless hardware, curtain strips and freeze-resistant seals, a side door optional. Temperature is recorded through probe and over-temperature alarm, with GPS telematics as an option, and waterproof LEDs light the interior. A partition bulkhead, meat rails, an E-track system or a diesel backup unit adapt the box.
