CLW Chengli Special Automobile · Suizhou, China
CLW fire fighting trucks and fire engines pair 3,000-12,000 liter water tanks and 1,000-3,000 liter AFFF foam tanks with single or two-stage fire pumps delivering 30-80 L/s at rated pressure, roof monitors of 2,000-4,000 L/min and portable pumps. Water tenders, foam pumpers and combination units are built to GB7956 with optional CAFS compressed-foam systems.
Water and foam fire trucks on this page carry 3,000-12,000 L of water with a 30-80 L/s pump, roof monitor and hose reels for first-response water supply. Foam proportioning, compressed-air foam and crew cab options are available for municipal, industrial and airport brigades. Specify pump flow, monitor reach and foam type for a complete quotation.
Town brigades typically spec 30-40 L/s at rated pressure; industrial and airport roles need 60 L/s or more with a high-level monitor. CLW matches pump and tank to your hydrant supply and risk audit.
Yes. AFFF/ARFF concentrates in 200 L drums, plus a Compressed Air Foam System converting water into expansion foam, are factory options on water and combination tenders.
Price depends on water and foam tank volume, pump capacity, monitor, CAFS or ARFF specification and chassis. A 4x2 water tender for a town brigade is the entry tier; a 6x4 airport or industrial foam pumper is highest. Send your risk audit and hydrant supply for a configuration.
MOQ is one unit. Standard water tenders ship in 30-45 working days after deposit; CAFS, ARFF and custom crew-cab builds take 45-60 working days. Pump and monitor tests are video-recorded before shipment.
Bodies are built to GB7956 with MIIT catalog approval and ISO factory certification. Export documents include certificate of origin, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and inspection report; pump and monitor certificates are supplied with the unit.
ISUZU, DONGFENG, SINOTRUK HOWO and SHACMAN in 4x2, 6x4 and 4x4, with left-hand or right-hand drive and crew cab seating for 2-6 firefighters.
Two-year whole-vehicle warranty, pump and monitor manufacturer warranty, lifelong genuine spare parts and on-site or video training for pump operators. A starter spare-parts kit can be quoted with the truck.
A water tender carries its own water and is built around the tank; a pumper has a larger pump and often works from hydrants or open water. A combination tanker-pumper carries both water and a high-flow pump, which suits brigades that cover areas with unreliable hydrants.
Foam tank size follows the risk: 1,000-3,000 L is common for fuel and industrial duties, with the proportioner set to the concentrate ratio. Tell us the fuel types and the largest expected spill so the foam tank, proportioner and monitor flow are sized together.
CLW builds fire bodies to GB7956 as the baseline, with MIIT catalog approval and ISO factory certification. Where your authority requires a different national standard, send the specification before quotation and we review the pump, tank, monitor and crew-cab details against it.
A foam fire engine carries a foam concentrate tank and an inductor or proportioner that mixes foam with water before the monitor or branch. It is used for fuel, chemical and warehouse fires where water alone spreads the burning liquid. Typical municipal units combine a 3,000-12,000 L water tank with 200-1,000 L of foam concentrate.
A light municipal pumper usually runs 30-40 L/s at 10 bar; a standard pumper 40-60 L/s; and an industrial or airport unit 60-80 L/s. Pump size should follow the largest hose layout you must supply, not the tank volume. Tell us the number and size of outlets and the required pressure.
The main parts of a fire engine are the chassis, cab, water tank, fire pump, foam system, hose bed, monitor and pump panel. We supply complete trucks and also fire truck components for local body builders, including pumps, monitors, valves and hose beds. We also build 4 wheel drive fire trucks on ISUZU and HOWO 4x4 chassis for rough terrain and forest access.
A fire fighting truck is specified by its water supply, pump duty and foam capability. CLW builds water tenders with 3,000-12,000 L tanks, foam pumpers with 1,000-3,000 L AFFF tanks, and combination units with roof monitors delivering 2,000-4,000 L/min. Pumps range from 30 L/s for town brigades to 60-80 L/s for industrial and airport roles.
Match the pump to the water source, not to the tank alone: a large tank with a small pump empties slowly, while a large pump with no hydrant runs dry in minutes.
Six inputs define the truck and the pump:
Send the risk audit, hydrant data and destination standard; CLW confirms tank, pump curve, monitor and foam system before deposit.
Factory-direct FOB bands; a budget framework, not a quotation.
Compare pump flow at rated pressure, monitor flow, tank steel, foam proportioner type and crew-cab equipment. A quoted pump capacity without a curve is not comparable; ask for the pump curve and monitor test data.
Fire bodies are built to GB7956 with MIIT catalog approval and ISO factory certification. Pump, monitor and foam proportioner are tested before shipment and the test records ship with the truck. Export documents include certificate of origin, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and inspection report on request.
Lead time is typically 30-45 working days for standard water tenders after deposit, and 45-60 working days for CAFS, ARFF and custom crew-cab builds. Units ship by RoRo, flat rack or container depending on size. CLW provides loading plans, pump operator training material and a starter spare-parts kit quotation before dispatch.
Fire truck readiness is a weekly routine. Start the pump and engage the PTO, flow water through the monitor and hand lines, and check the primer, relief valve and gauges. Run the foam proportioner with water, inspect the foam tank and lines, and confirm the monitor rotates and locks at full flow.
Check tyre pressure, battery, beacons, siren and scene lighting, and keep hose compartments dry. Annual service should cover pump wear rings, relief valve calibration, foam system seals and tank inspection. CLW supplies pump seals, hose couplings, monitor parts, foam lines and the body drawing with each truck.
