Zero-emission chilled delivery inside city limits uses a BYD T5 electric van truck with a 170 HP drivetrain and single-speed reducer on a 3360 mm wheelbase, carrying a 10 m3 insulated box. The BYD Blade battery of 100.45 kWh supports a maximum 275 km range on depot charging, while a battery-driven refrigeration unit holds -15 C to +8 C with the engine off. FRP skins hot-press over 80 to 100 mm XPS or PUR foam without a thermal bridge; an aluminum T-bar anti-slip floor with drainage is forklift rated, rear doors swing 270 degrees on stainless hardware with curtain strips, and a side door is optional. Ceiling T-guide air channels, a temperature recorder with probe and over-temperature alarm, waterproof LED lighting, gas-strut doors with anti-pinch lock boxes and freeze-resistant seals cover the cargo environment, and the chassis brings air conditioning, ABS and power steering. Partition bulkheads, meat hanging rails, a tail lift, E-track or a diesel backup unit can be added under GB announcement, tax exemption and a 2-year upfit warranty.
