Frozen urban runs with zero tailpipe compromise pair a pure-electric 4X2 Farizon H8E drivetrain on an ISUZU-class chassis with an 18 m3 insulated reefer box, the CATL battery accepting 2C fast charging. Box construction hot-presses FRP inner and outer skins over 80 to 100 mm XPS or PUR foam as a single piece with no thermal bridge, and a battery-driven electric refrigeration unit holds -18 C to +8 C even with the vehicle parked and systems off. An aluminum T-bar anti-slip floor with drainage is forklift rated; rear doors open 270 degrees on stainless hardware with curtain strips, a side door is optional, and a ceiling T-guide channel distributes air across the full box. A temperature recorder with probe and over-temperature alarm guards cargo, GPS telematics being optional, while waterproof LED lighting, gas-strut doors with anti-pinch lock boxes and freeze-resistant seals ease handling. The conditioning, ABS and power steering, and options run from meat hanging rails and a partition bulkhead to a side tail lift, E-track or a diesel backup unit. Frozen distribution inside city limits, where idling reefer noise and, is the target.
