The finished 18 m3 compartment holds -15 C to +8 C, with a deep-freeze option to -25 C, using an imported belt-drive unit in automatic dual mode plus optional standby electric.
A plastic-steel patterned floor sits above front drainage, with a 15 cm side apron, right-angle edging, stainless corners and locks, labyrinth rubber door strips and a bright stainless door frame. Ceiling T-guides spread airflow; a temperature recorder with probe and over-temperature alarm log the chain, and energy-saving LED lighting serves loading. Driven by a 158 hp 2500 ml diesel through a ZF 5-speed, it carries 1095 kg payload at 105 km/h. Meat rails, partitions, a tail lift and a diesel backup unit remain options.
