Bulky waste gets one crew and one trip on this Dongfeng 4X2, which mounts an XCMG SQ5S knuckle crane, rated 5000 kg maximum at 11.5 m radius with 360-degree slew, ahead of an 8 m3 double-arch compactor (refuse truck) body. The crane hoists furniture, green waste and sacks over the rail; the rear hopper with plunger packer and scraper then compresses them two-way at 1:2 to 1:3, the standard flip lifter still taking 240 or 660 L bins. The 5 mm Q345 manganese-steel shell is full-penetration welded without stiffening ribs, reinforced at floor and filler hopper, sealed by a full-perimeter rubber band with rear and side sewage tanks and quick drains. Siemens PLC control runs one-button cycles, loading in under 25 seconds and discharging under 45, from ground boxes and a cab pendant, with balance valves, hydraulic locks and a filler-lift interlock on the gearbox PTO. The crane is type-tested with lifting documentation in the export papers. Cyclic collection crews doubling on oversize pickup are the intended service.
