Low-noise districts and early-morning rounds suit this Dongfeng 4x2 hybrid compactor, a 110 kW, 149 HP Yunnei D25 2499 ml gas-electric unit with a 7-speed manual-automatic transmission on a 3970 mm wheelbase. The truck carries 9 m3 of double-arch fully sealed bodywork at 4380 kg payload in 11,995 kg gross within 7270x2300x2840 mm.

Body steel is 5 mm Q345 manganese, full-penetration welded without ribs, with reinforced floor and filler hopper. Two-way compression at a typical 1:2 to 1:3 ratio works through a rear hopper with plunger packer, scraper, and 240 or 660 L flip lifter; loading completes within 25 s and discharge within 45 s. Control runs on a Siemens electronic system with a manual hydraulic fallback so operation continues if electrics fail, one-button load and unload, and a high filler lift angle that prevents garbage strikes during emptying. Imported multi-way and balance valves with cylinder locks drive hydraulics from gearbox PTO; rear and side sewage tanks plus a full-perimeter seal band stop leakage.
