Odor control drives the design of this FOTON 4X2 compactor garbage truck, whose 8 m3 double-arch fully sealed body sits on a 3070 mm wheelbase with diesel power selectable to market needs. A full-perimeter rubber seal band and rear plus side sewage tanks with quick drain mean zero leakage on route, so no drip trail marks the collection round.

Two-way compression at a typical 1:2 to 1:3 ratio packs waste into the 5 mm Q345 manganese steel arc body, welded full-penetration without stiffening ribs. Loading uses a rear hopper with plunger packer and scraper, with a 240/660 L bin flip lifter standard; cycles run under 25 seconds for loading and under 45 for discharge. Siemens PLC one-button control works in auto or manual via twin ground boxes and a cab-side pendant. Imported multi-way and balance valves with hydraulic locks and a filler-lift interlock handle hydraulics, driven by gearbox PTO with no auxiliary motor. Night work light and travel alarm are standard; reversing camera, large ground bucket and stainless liner are options for kitchen and household routes.
