ISUZU 15-Ton Compactor Garbage Truck for High-Volume Lines

High-volume trunk lines keep this Isuzu 4x2 compactor (refuse truck) moving behind a 177 kW (241 hp) diesel of 7790 ml and an eight-forward, two-reverse transmission, carrying 6805 kg rated payload under 18000 kg gross mass at 105 km/h on 295/80R22.5 tyres. The double-arch fully sealed body, a curved carbon steel housing with 5 mm sides, a 10 mm skateboard slide and a hydraulic rear stopper, packs two-way at the typical 1:2 to 1:3 ratio; the rear hopper with plunger packer, scraper and 240/660 L lifter loads within 25 s and discharges within 45 s. A CAN bus smart display takes over from conventional boxes, with Siemens PLC one-button logic, ground plus cab controls, imported multi-way and balance valves and cylinder locks. Rear and side sewage tanks with quick drain and full-perimeter rubber sealing keep the route clean; gearbox PTO powers the system with night light and travel alarm standard. A 4500 mm wheelbase fills 9550 mm of overall length in through configurations. Municipal collection at volume is the assignment.
