Mounted on a SINOTRUK HOWO 8x4 chassis with a 273 kW, 9720 ml diesel engine and a 10-forward, 2-reverse manual gearbox, this hook loader pairs a 3800+1350+1350 mm wheelbase and 31000 kg gross mass with a 20 m3 roll-off box. The lifting heart is a telescopic double-ram electric-hydraulic arm working at 25 MPa through imported relief and multi-way valves, with a hydraulic hook backed by a mechanical rear lock for dual safety.

Loading follows a multi-gear logic of fast lift, slow carry and overload protection, driven by PTO or an independent electric-hydraulic pump station. A reinforced sub-frame with roller rails and wear skids keeps container floors scratch-free, while the operator selects functions from in-cab controls or a rear manual panel; wireless remote, spare bins and a dust cover are listed options.
