Fleet Export to Kyrgyzstan: SHACMAN 8x4 Snow Spreader Trucks Roll Out in Multi-Unit Handover
Central Asian winters wait for no supplier. A Kyrgyz road service operator ordered its de-icing fleet as a single multi-unit batch, and every SHACMAN 8x4 dry material spreader in the convoy left the Suizhou yard inside one pre-winter production window - commissioned together, lined up together and inspected together.

Why Winter Fleets Are Ordered Early
Road maintenance authorities in mountainous climates sign de-icing contracts months before the first freeze, because chassis allocation, body welding, commissioning and overland delivery all have to fit inside the short pre-season window. Late orders are not delivered late - they are delivered after the winter they were bought for.
Anatomy of a Dry Material Spreader

Each unit pairs an SHACMAN F3000 8x4 chassis with a large capacity rear hopper feeding a discharge conveyor and spinning spreader, calibrated for rock salt and sand. High-visibility orange paint and chevron reflective boards keep the working vehicle conspicuous in exactly the blizzard conditions it exists to fight.
One Livery, One Standard

Fleet orders are won on consistency: identical chassis configuration, identical body specification and identical inspection records across every unit. The convoy formation in these photos is the final acceptance step - drivers move out unit by unit while the yard team signs off spreading function, hydraulics and lighting on each truck individually.
What the Export Package Covered

Beyond the trucks, the batch shipped with the usual overland-corridor paperwork for Central Asia: conformity certificates, packing and lashing plans for rail or road movement, a recommended spare-parts pool sized to the fleet and remote commissioning support in time for the first service season.
