CL9260GJYF 32,050 kg Fuel Tank Trailer Batch with Mongolian Fire-Hazard Marking
Success Cases
A line of identical white tank trailers under the works gantry crane - the same red band, the same Mongolian fire-hazard lettering, the same three-axle running gear - photographed in Suizhou before dispatch.
White shell with the red band and Mongolian fire-hazard lettering, full-length top walkway with handrail, black chassis and three axles.
The Plate on the Photographed Unit
The plate fitted to the photographed tank trailer reads CL9260GJYF: 49,410 kg gross vehicle weight, 32,050 kg rated capacity, 17,060 kg kerb weight, 15,700 x 2,770 x 3,620 mm overall, manufactured in August 2026.
Those figures set the working envelope. At 15,700 mm overall the tank runs almost the full length of the trailer, and the 32,050 kg rating is a weight, not a volume: tank volume is matched to the product density when the order is specified, so a fuel at 0.84 kg/L and a lighter distillate do not receive the same shell.
The dished front end, the ladder up to the walkway and the front support frame, with the red band carried around the head.
Tank Body and Running Gear
The shell is cylindrical with dished ends, finished white with a red band along each side. The top carries a full-length walkway with a handrail, so the operator can work along the fittings without standing on the tank itself. Red-and-white reflective tape runs along the lower shell, and the rear bumper carries the same chevron marking.
The body sits on a black chassis. Three axles run on leaf springs under black mudguards, with a lockable side cabinet between the wheels for tools and spares. The unit photographed carries the Mongolian marking 'ГАЛЫН АЮУЛТАЙ' - fire hazard - in red letters along the shell.
Rear shells, black mudguards and the red-and-white reflective bumper on a line of identical units.
A Batch, Not a Single Unit
The photographs show more than one trailer: a row of identical white shells under the gantry crane, two rows parked either side of the factory aisle, and two units side by side with the same red band and the same lettering. That repetition is the point of a batch order - one livery, one fitting schedule, one spares list.
Each trailer is plated and photographed before dispatch; the plate data and acceptance photos travel with the unit. Production is quoted at 25-40 days after drawing approval, and the shipping method is fixed against the destination port. Nothing on this page claims third-party approval: the evidence is the plate, the photographs and the works staging.
Units parked nose to tail on either side of the aisle, with a yellow access ladder in the foreground. The same white-and-red livery on both units, with three axles, the side cabinet and the full-length walkway visible.
Planning a fuel tank trailer batch? Send the product, its density, the required capacity and the destination port - we will confirm shell volume, axle layout and marking language, and return the plate data and acceptance photos before dispatch.
