This SINOTRUK HOWO 6x4 lowbed combination set pairs a ZZ4257-class tractor with a 3-axle concave lowbed semi-trailer and a trailer-mounted ZOOMLION ZLT4000 straight-boom crane. One package lets a mining or contracting crew load, haul and self-position excavators, drills and plant on remote sites - twin hydraulic trestle ramps and the 1200-1470 mm low deck make drive-on loading a one-person job.

The 213-294 kW HOWO tractor runs HW19710/HW19712 gearboxes, a 400 L tank and 12R22.5 rubbers behind a double crew cab; the trailer carries 13 t FUWA/BPW axles on a 40,000 kg GVW frame. The ZLT4000 crane extends 6.2-22 m on dual-stage outriggers with 360-degree slew.
