Four CLW9400TDP 20-Ton Lowbed Semi-Trailers with Dongfeng 6x4 Tractors Staged for Handover
Success Cases
Four white Dongfeng tractors, four green CLW9400TDP lowbeds, one line across the yard — the batch photographed exactly as it will be handed over: coupled in sequence, ramps stowed, decks clear and nameplates fitted.
Four white Dongfeng 6x4 tractors on the diagonal, each with a green CLW9400TDP lowbed lined up behind.
A 20,000 kg Deck on Three Axles
The nameplate on the green trailer reads CLW9400TDP: 27,000 kg gross vehicle weight, 20,000 kg payload, 7,000 kg curb weight and 11,000 x 3,000 x 3,200 mm overall. The deck is 3,000 mm wide, laid in diamond-tread steel plate over high-tensile main beams, with lashing rings and a chain rail along each side.
Three axles on leaf-spring suspension carry the load; the rear ramps are spring-assisted so one operator can lower them, and the approach angle is sized for tracked excavators and wheel loaders. Side guards with reflective marking run the full length. A toolbox and spare-wheel carrier sit on the deck edge.
Rear view of the batch: four green decks, three spring-assisted ramps each, three axles and reflective side guards.
Matched to the Dongfeng 6x4 Tractor
Each trailer is paired with a white Dongfeng 6x4 tractor. Fifth wheel, kingpin height, air lines and the 24 V lighting connection are matched before the units leave the yard; the coupling photo shows the landing gear, coiled service and emergency lines and the spare wheel.
The tractor is a forward-control diesel unit with air brakes and an exhaust brake. Engine and gearbox ratings are confirmed against the intended gross combination weight before the order is released; the nameplate of this batch does not state engine power, so no power figure is published without the chassis sheet.
At the coupling: landing gear, coiled service and emergency air lines, spare wheel and the tractor's rear bogie.
Four Units, One Specification
The yard line shows four identical combinations: the same white cab, the same green deck, the same three-ramp layout. For an importer, that uniformity is the specification that matters — one training routine, one spares list and one set of ramp and brake parts across the batch.
Each trailer carries its own nameplate; the unit photographed is ex-factory number CLW202610056, dated October 2026. Left-hand drive is standard and right-hand drive is available on request. Units can ship coupled, or with the trailers disassembled for container transport, on a 25-40 day lead time after approval.
The deck up close: diamond-tread plate, lashing chain, three axles and the coil springs that assist the rear ramps.
Moving excavators and heavy equipment? Send the machine weight, deck length and destination port — we will match the tractor, lowbed and ramp set, and send the nameplate and acceptance photos before dispatch.
