This SHACMAN L3000 4×2 intelligent asphalt distributor truck equipped with 12 cubic meters stainless steel thermal-insulated bitumen tank. It adopts diesel hot oil circulation heating system with automatic temperature control and on-board stirring function. The intelligent PLC control system realizes speed linkage automatic spraying, 36 nozzles can be independently switched on or off to support partial width spraying. Dual-control operation is available both in cab and rear working platform. The spraying accuracy can reach ±1.3%. It supports spraying hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt and modified asphalt, widely used for prime coat, bonding coat and sealing layer construction of highway and municipal roads. Tank volume, spraying width and related configurations can be customized according to customer requirements.
