FAW J6L 4x2 45 m straight-boom aerial work truck with 260 HP diesel, enclosed upper operator cabin, 200 kg self-leveling basket and 360-degree continuous rotation. For high-rise facades, bridges and power infrastructure. WhatsApp your port for a project quote.
Forty-five metres is a different job from a bucket truck. This FAW J6L 4x2 carries a five-section straight boom, a 260 HP diesel and an enclosed operator cabin on the turntable, so the crew works at height in weather rather than shouting instructions from the ground.

45 m working height | 260 PS FAW 5.1 L diesel | 43 m platform height | 360° continuous rotation |
The five-section straight boom reaches a 45 m working height and a 43 m platform height. Maximum outreach is 18 to 22 m, which is enough to clear a building line, a bridge parapet or a row of high-voltage conductors without repositioning the chassis for every work point.
The turntable rotates continuously through 360 degrees. The basket self-levels through the full arc and carries two persons at a rated 200 kg. A load moment limiter, wind speed sensor and hydraulic lock valves protect the envelope.

The FAW J6L 4x2 chassis is rated at 18,000 kg gross vehicle weight. A 5.132 L CA6DH1-26E6 diesel produces 191 kW / 260 PS through an eight-speed manual gearbox, with a 5,000 mm wheelbase and 10.00R20 18PR tires carrying six wheels.
A heavy chassis is not optional at this height. The outrigger footprint and counterweight are sized to hold the boom in wind, and the four H-type legs spread to a 4.8-5.5 m span before the platform is allowed to rise.

The enclosed upper cabin sits on the turntable beside the boom root. It gives the operator a weather-proof station with air conditioning, dual joystick controls and a clear view of the basket. The lower console retains a full set of controls and an emergency descent pump.
CAN-bus interlocks prevent boom motion until the outriggers are loaded and the basket gate is closed. Work lights, a two-way intercom and a wind-speed display are part of the standard safety package.

This class of truck is used for high-rise facade access, bridge inspection and painting, stadium and airport maintenance, and transmission-line work. The straight boom keeps the basket stable at full height, while the upper cabin shortens each work cycle.
Export units ship left-hand drive as standard, right-hand drive on request, with the GB announcement, boom type-test report, operation manual and spare-parts book. Ro-Ro is the usual shipping method; container loading is possible with the boom removed.
